Ozgur Kaya

Cellist


Ozgur Kaya is a cellist, gambist, and composer known for bridging historical performance with experimental contemporary work. A graduate of the Yehudi Menuhin School and currently studying at the Royal College of Music, he has performed internationally with musicians such as Robert Levin, John Williams, and the Fitzwilliam Quartet. He was formerly a member of the Oriole String Quartet and is now part of the award-winning Londinium Consort, who made their Wigmore Hall debut in 2025.

Ozgur is the artistic lead of Serpentine Trio, whose upcoming film fuses French Baroque music with visual aesthetics from underground electronic culture. His own compositions and electronic works have been featured on Resonance FM and at Milano Art Week, including collaborations with Sizalyth, Amber Fasquelle, and River Roux.
